Lots! By law we are required to provide you with at least the following:
1. A detailed written quote with a breakdown of the works.
2. A copy of the QBCC Consumer Building Guide. Please make sure you read and understand it.
3. A copy of the QLD Home Warranty Scheme which highlights how you are protected, what to look out for and if necessary, how to make a claim.
4. A detailed contract for all jobs over $3,300.
